About me

I am a storyteller across formats, driven by a life-long love of epic adventure stories.

 

My own writing, whether for screen or prose, focuses on action/adventure with underlying environmental and political issues, for which I can draw on my background in law and environmental sciences. My short script Psykhe won the ‘Create50’ category at the ‘British Screenwriters Awards’ and was filmed in 2019. That same year, I also wrote, directed and produced my first own short film ‘Blue Widow’.

 

Having spent years honing my craft and being deeply involved in the London Screenwriters Festival, first as participant, then as moderator, I have now also taken up mentoring emerging writers. Whether as script editor, story development consultant or writing coach, I find this work hugely rewarding.
